PAYMENT CONDITIONS
On receipt of a deposit payment (the deposit is 30% of the total cost of the holiday), a booking confirmation will be sent. In the case of a booking for one night only, 100% of the cost is required. The reservation is valid only from the day that we receive.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail, fax or letter); No show at the B & B, cancellations, changes in travel bookings, reductions of the time of the stay and early departures are considered cancellations; Cancellations are subject to the following conditions: - Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit actually received by the B&B will be reimbursed by bank transfer, with costs charged to the guest. The B&B cannot accept any responsibility for the time taken by the bank to carry out the bank transfer. - From 30 days before arrival, the advance will not be refunded.

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 10:00 am (check-in); On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 11:00 am (check-out), unless special arrangements have been agreed.

The rules are fully accepted at the time of booking.
